Room in apartment with five bedrooms and a bathroom, located on the third floor (no elevator). The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, utensils and kitchenware. The bathroom has storage space for your personal belongings.
Rental Conditions
- DNI, NIE or Passport. - Current month. - One month refundable deposit (certain conditions apply). - A one-time payment is requested at check-in, for management and maintenance fees (this amount may vary according to the season).
Rooms do not include:
- Bed linens, blankets or towels.
Check-in hours
- Check-in hours: 14:30 - 18:30 from Monday to Friday at the owner's office. - Late check-in: 30 € outside the indicated hours.
Rule
s Pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited. The age limits for rentals are between 18 and 40 years old.
