CONTRACT
Please, note that to all our listings we apply fortnightly contracts. This means that If you check-in during the first half of the month, you will be charged for the full month. If you check-in during the second half of the month, you will only be charged for the second half. The second half of the month starts on the 16th.
If you check-out during the first half of the month, you will only pay until the 15th of that month. If you check-out during the second half of the month, you will be charged the full month.
Tenants can establish legal residency using the accommodation's address.
