Completely renovated apartment in Calle Eduardo Marquina, located a few meters from the beautiful linear park of Madrid Rio. It is a quiet neighborhood that is surrounded by two large and important parks such as Madrid Rio and the park of the Empress Maria de Austria.
The Comillas neighborhood is well connected to the rest of Madrid thanks to the metro line, bus and several bicycle lanes, allowing residents to travel easily to all parts of the city.
The busy street of Antonio Lopez, one of the main streets of this neighborhood, parallel to the Manzanares River, has various retail stores, supermarkets, bars and (hidden) the northwest end is the roundabout of the Marqués de Vadillo, located in front of the Toledo Bridge and where there are pleasant bars that set up terraces in good weather.
The neighborhood has good bus and metro communication (Marqués de Vadillo and Plaza Elíptica), and is located next to the M-30 motorway and the A-42 motorway that connects Madrid with Toledo.
