This beautifully renovated shared apartment offers a seamless blend of style and functionality. The property features eight private bedrooms and two full bathrooms, designed to provide a comfortable living environment for students and professionals. The communal kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, including an oven, dishwasher, and washing machine, along with all the necessary kitchenware. To ensure a hassle-free stay, the apartment includes high-speed internet and a weekly cleaning service for all common areas.

Each private room is a self-contained sanctuary equipped with everything you need for independent living. Beyond the comfortable bed with fresh bedding, you will find a dedicated desk, a spacious wardrobe with hangers, and a smart TV for your entertainment. Unique features include your own individual refrigerator, a microwave, and a French coffee maker right in your room. Security is a priority, with electronic locks installed on every door for your peace of mind.
