Tiene acceso a una gran cantidad de líneas de autobús, asimismo a 400m se encuentra la estación de Metro "Islas Filipinas" y a 600 de la estación "Guzmán el Bueno"
Esta habitación de 12m2 con capacidad para una persona , cuenta con una cama individual. El baño es compartido
Dispone de ascensor, acceso a internet (wifi), calefacción central, aire acondicionado en todo el alojamiento y televisor. También posee cocina independiente de inducción equipada con todo lo necesario para tu estancia.
Solo se aceptan estudiantes de 18 a 30 años.

Fantastic room in the Vallehermoso neighborhood, part of the Chamberí district in Madrid. It is bordered by the Moncloa avenues to the north and Bravo Murillo Street to the east. The area has excellent public transportation connections, with multiple bus lines available. The "Islas Filipinas" Metro station is just 400 meters away, and "Guzmán el Bueno" station is 600 meters away.
This 12 m2 room accommodates one person and features a single bed. The bathroom is shared.
The property includes an elevator, internet access (Wi-Fi), central heating, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, and a television. It also has an independent induction kitchen fully equipped for your stay.
Only students between 18 and 30 years old are accepted.
Proof of student status is required.
The owner takes 48 hours to approve a tenant. The following are required: IDs, proof of financial solvency, lease agreement signing, and initial payments. If an invoice is requested, please note that VAT will be charged.
