Just steps away from the Mercado de Maravillas and surrounded by an eclectic mix of dining and nightlife options. Rental conditions:
The price includes: Utility cap per month: 1 bedroom €100, 2 bedrooms €120, 3 bedrooms €160 & 4-5 bedrooms €180, the difference must be paid by the guest. Change of towels/bed linen and basic bathroom cleaning weekly, emergency contact 24/7.
The price does not include: Final cleaning: 1 bedroom apartment €300, 2 bedroom apartment €350, 3 bedroom apartment €400, 4 and 5 bedroom apartment 450
-Pet fee: €300 per pet
-Deposit: 1 month's rent for reservations of up to 4 months, 2 months' rent for reservations of 5-11 months - to be returned at the end of the stay.
-A minimum rental of 31 nights in Barcelona and 30 nights in Madrid is mandatory
-The security deposit and the signing of the rental contract must be made 72 hours before arrival.
-No check-in to the apartment will be accepted without the rental agreement signed prior to arrival.
