This beautiful and quiet 2-room flat facing the inner courtyard is located on the ground floor and has a terrace bordering the historic city wall of Magdeburg. It is located in one of the few houses that remained in the city centre of Magdeburg after the war in a beautifully maintained old building.
The accommodation
The flat is located on the ground floor of a well-kept old apartment building. It is equipped with all amenities for daily needs. On the opposite side of the street is the Elbe swimming pool. In a few minutes' walk you can reach all kinds of shopping centres, restaurants, public transport and also the Magdeburg opera. Parking is usually possible directly in front of the building on the street, at the cheapest rates in Magdeburg for only €1.50/24 hours. The PaybyPhone app is recommended for payment. An e-charging station of the local public utility company (SWM) is about 200 m from the house.
