The elegant apartment, furnished with attention to detail, is located on the 3rd floor of an old building. The apartment can be reached comfortably with an interior elevator. It has been extensively renovated and furnished to a high standard.
From the pedestrian area adjacent to the apartment, you can reach Hasselbachplatz in about 100m, from which public transport runs in all directions of the city. Einsteinstraße is located in the historic old town of Magdeburg and creates a charming atmosphere with its Wilhelminian flair and the elaborately designed facades of the old buildings. Around Hasselbachplatz are a variety of bars, cafes and all kinds of retail. The banks of the Elbe are within 450m walking distance. Here also joins the city park Rotehorn.

Parking is available for a fee in Leibnitzstraße, Liebigstraße or Hegelstraße. If you are carrying a large amount of luggage, the pedestrian area in front of the residence, for loading and unloading from the Breite Weg, can be used for a short time.
You can park free of charge in a large parking lot at the "AMO Kultur- und Kongresszentrum" (access via Erich- Weinert- Straße). From here you need about 10 minutes to walk to the apartment.
