## Rental Conditions & Strict Legal Requirements

Contract Typology: Non-tourism, temporary seasonal lease governed strictly under Article 3 of the Spanish Urban Leasing Law (Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos - LAU).
Contract Duration: Flexible from 1 month up to a maximum of 11 months.
Standard Rate (October to May): €1,580 / month.
High Season Rate (June to September): €2,600 / month (applicable strictly to short-term seasonal stays fully contained within the summer months).
Long-Term Continuity Discount: The flat rate of €1,580 / month applies exclusively to continuous contracts of 9 to 11 months that bridge both low and high seasons seamlessly.
