Modern, fully furnished two-room apartment in the heart of Mannheim's Quadrate district. The 57 m² apartment on the first floor offers the perfect mix of comfort and functionality. The rooms were completely renovated three years ago and have been shining in high-quality, modern splendor ever since.
The apartment is equipped with:
- Living room: two desks (one height-adjustable) with office chair and PC monitor, couch, TV, fast internet (250 Mbit/s)
- Kitchen: stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, cutlery, dishes, cooking utensils
- Bedroom: 140 cm wide bed, large wardrobe
- Roller blinds in all rooms for darkening.
The apartment also has two balconies: the large, south-facing balcony features a comfortable couch and beautiful plants. It is accessible from the living room and bedroom. The smaller north-facing balcony is accessible from the kitchen and has a table and a storage room for additional storage space.
Bicycle parking spaces are available in the enclosed courtyard and in a separate bicycle cellar. Parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity.

The apartment is located in Mannheim's “Innenstadt” or “Quadrate” district, making it one of the city's top addresses. The central location is beautiful and well lit even late at night, so you can relax on your way home.
The accessibility is perfect: two different tram and bus stops are only a 5-7 minute walk away. This makes it easy to reach all corners of Mannheim.
If you like to travel to Heidelberg, the tram line 5 stop is also only a few minutes away. You can sit back and relax on the tram and arrive directly at Bismarckplatz in Heidelberg without having to change trains or stress.
If you use VRN Nextbikes, there is also a station just a 1-minute walk away.
Shopping and restaurants are right on your doorstep. Fancy going out and enjoying the scene? The trendy Jungbusch district with its hip bars, cozy cafés, and regular events is just a few minutes' walk away.
