We welcome you to our cosy 30m² flat in Mannheim.
Stylishly furnished and living like at home: the entire flat to yourself and yet right in the middle of everything - it doesn't get any better than this!
You enter our furnished flat via a small entrance area with a stylish kitchenette. The kitchen is fully equipped with sink, cooker with induction hob, fridge-freezer, capsule coffee machine, crockery, pots and pans etc....
From there you enter the cosy living/dining/sleeping area.
Here we provide you with a 32' inch flatscreen TV with multiple national channels. Furthermore, this central area is adorned by a high-quality queen-size box-spring bed and wardrobe.
The shower room has been completely renovated and we offer our guests freshly made beds as well as towels.
A washing machine and tumble dryer are also part of the equipment and are located in the basement area. These can be used for a small fee.
Business travellers will appreciate our small flat, the fast WLAN connection (50 Mbit/s upload) and the beautiful workplace.
The flat is located on the 2nd floor and is only a few minutes' drive to Mannheim city centre.
Where am I?
Step out of the house and immediately be in the middle of it all. The flat is located in Neckaraustraße in Mannheim.
Supermarkets and drugstores, restaurants, bakeries and shops of all kinds are in the immediate vicinity.
Mannheim's main railway station is about 3 km away.
