DESCRIPTION:
You enter our furnished apartment via a small entrance area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with sink, stove with induction hob, fridge-freezer, capsule coffee machine, dishes, cooking pots etc...
From there it goes into the cozy living / dining / sleeping area. Here we provide you with a 32-inch smart TV.
There is also a 160x200cm queen-size bed and chest of drawers in the sleeping area.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, washbasin and vanity unit. We also provide towels and bed linen.
A washing machine and tumble dryer are also part of the equipment and are located in the cellar area. These can be used for a small fee.
The WLAN connection (50 Mbit/s upload) and the small workstation are perfect for working.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and is only a few minutes' drive from Mannheim city center.

The apartment is located in Neckarauerstraße in Mannheim in the immediate vicinity of supermarkets and drugstores, restaurants, bakeries and stores of all kinds.
Mannheim's main train station is approx. 3 km away. Optimal transport connections:

- 10 min to the main station
- City center: approx. 5 km
- Frankfurt airport: approx. 77 km
