In the spacious home office you can work undisturbed at your desk or hold meetings at the conference table. In good weather you can look out up to Heidelberg from the window. A large whiteboard is also available in the home office.
In the living room there is a 65 'SmartTV including a Netflix account, high-quality speakers, a Kawai electric piano and a large sofa for relaxation.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, microwave, Bosch food processor, a large refrigerator and a blender. While cooking, as well as in the dining room, you can enjoy the breathtaking view of Mannheim city center.
While you can enjoy the morning sun on the east-facing balcony, you can enjoy the evening sun and sunset on the west-facing balcony on an outdoor sofa in the afternoon and evening.
At night you sleep in the double bed on a spring mattress and a down comforter. The office / second bedroom has a double bed. And the living room sofa can be extended by 2 additional beds if necessary.
