Are you looking for a fully furnished short-term apartment including electricity, hot water, heating, and internet?
We welcome you to our cozy 25m² apartment in Mannheim.
DESCRIPTION:
You enter the furnished apartment through a small hallway.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, portable 2-burner cooktop, fridge-freezer combo, dishes, pots, and more.
From there, you move into the combined living/dining/sleeping area. A 32-inch flat-screen TV is available for your use.
The sleeping area features a queen-size box spring bed and a wardrobe.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, and a vanity cabinet. We also provide towels and bed linen.
A washing machine and dryer are also available in the basement for a small fee.
The Wi-Fi connection (100 Mbps download) and a small workspace make it ideal for working remotely.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator and is only a few minutes' drive from Mannheim city center.
PRICE:
- Security deposit: €1,000 (one-time)
- All-inclusive rent (electricity, heating, water, and internet): €795/month
NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS:
- For 2 occupants, the all-inclusive rent is €820/month.
- For 1 occupant, the all-inclusive rent is €795/month.
RENTAL PERIOD:
- Minimum rental period: 6 months.
--> For shorter stays (less than 6 months), a 19% surcharge per month will apply.
LOCATION:
The apartment is located on Neckarauerstraße in Mannheim. Nearby, you'll find supermarkets, drugstores, restaurants, bakeries, and shops of all kinds.
