Twenty Nine takes its name from our address, Razlagova 29.

It’s a 100 m2 boutique coliving apartment in the centre of Maribor, with bedrooms named after places and stories from the city, Old Railway, Lent and Piramida.

And if a flatmate greets you with “Alo, stari!”, there’s your first local hello.


The kitchen and bathroom and both brand new and shared together with the living room. The kitchen opens onto a breakfast bar where you can pull up a stool and keep your flatmate company while they cook. There’s a sofa and TV in the living room for evenings in, and when you feel like going out, you’re already in the city center. There’s also a shared bathroom and a separate toilet.

Coming to Maribor on Erasmus with a friend? Old Railway has two separate beds, a desk for each of you and a row of windows stretching along one side of the room. Best of all, it has its own door to the balcony, so you can take your morning coffee straight outside. The name is a nod to Maribor’s railway heritage.

Studying at the Faculty of Economics and Business (EPF)? Both faculty buildings are just down the street. Maribor’s main train station is about a three-minute walk from your front door, handy when you arrive with a suitcase or head off for the weekend.

Included in the rent: All utilities, cleaning of the shared areas twice a month, and one set of bed linen and two towels per person.
