Welcome to my apartment, where I live most of the year. Renovated in 2025, it is located on a very quiet street, overlooks a courtyard shared with the rest of the building (a small condominium with 6 apartments), and enjoys beautiful natural light.
There are two large bedrooms, separated by the living room with a sofa and smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet, and a bathroom. Optimal comfort in winter with water radiators (100% renewable methane gas) and in summer with 3 large ceiling fans.
The apartment is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood with beautiful houses and flowers, yet still very close to the city center: 10 minutes by bike from La Canebière (electric bike station at the bottom of the street) and 20 minutes by metro (3 stops). A large fruit and vegetable market, bakeries, a SPAR supermarket, and everything else you need are just a few minutes' walk away.
If you would like to enjoy a pleasant stay in Marseille, a little away from the hustle and bustle of the city center but still within easy reach by public transport, please don't hesitate to contact me.
