Looking for a calm and comfortable place to call home in Melbourne? Welcome to our modern two-storey townhouse—a clean, quiet, and thoughtfully designed space that offers more than just a room.
You’ll have your own fully furnished private bedroom upstairs with a built-in wardrobe, a comfortable bed (single or king option), and fresh linen and towels provided. Your room is set away from the master bedroom, giving you privacy and peace.
The home features:
• 4 bedrooms – 1 downstairs, 3 upstairs
• Modern kitchen, open-plan living area, and laundry (downstairs)
• Good-sized backyard to relax or enjoy some fresh air
• Central heating and air conditioning
• Fast Wi-Fi, shared clean bathroom, and laundry facilities
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Complimentary light breakfast (tea/coffee, toast, cereal, fruit)
We also offer optional lunch and dinner for $20 per meal.
A weekly menu is shared with you—you can choose any meals you’d like to join us for.
Or you’re welcome to cook your own meals or bring food in.
About us:
You’ll be living with me—a quiet, easygoing engineer in my late 30s—and my lovely mum and dad (in their late 60s).
We’re a peaceful family who enjoy relaxing evenings with movies and occasional weekend outings.
My mum is very warm and accommodating—she loves to host and cook, and she’ll happily welcome you into the home.
We’re looking for a like-minded professional—someone tidy, respectful, and easygoing. This is not a party house, but a peaceful, homely environment.
