I live in an attractive leafy suburb with my 2 cats and a lovely gentle Canadian housemate. This is a peaceful neighbourhood and is only 20 minutes (by train) away from the bright lights of the city.
I have one double bedroom upstairs for guests, and all the linen (including pillows) is fresh and new. The room has a double bed, bedside table & lamp, chest of drawers, bookshelf, wardrobe & desk. A bathroom (with shower and bath) is adjacent as is a separate toilet.
In warmer weather the lawn and courtyard are ideal for leisurely reading, relaxing and barbecuing, and...we have a hammock! We are only 8 minutes walk from the train and tram. The beach is an 8 min drive away.
This is a roomy light double room for 1 or a couple. It is upstairs with an adjacent bathroom, with both bath and shower. Thete are two separate toilets for guests. There is a shelf allocated in the fridge for your use and pantry space downstairs.
