The flat is located in one of the greenest and quietest areas of the city, its location makes it strategically accessible by car and at the same time by public transport (QT8 red metro line at 200 metres!!). The entrance of the flat is characterised by bright colours in the walls that make it modern and cosy. Past the entrance you will find the living room and the kitchen, equipped with every comfort, including a dishwasher; the dining table and a comfortable sofa to relax at the end of the evening.
Through a corridor with a large custom-made 5-door wardrobe, you reach the bedroom, equipped with a TV and a 6-door wardrobe.
Comfort throughout the flat is guaranteed by the presence of air conditioning in the day and night areas and, of course, by the central heating system, to face the Milanese winter with serenity.
The bathroom is equipped with all sanitary facilities and a comfortable bathtub/shower, as well as a washing machine.
