The kitchen is habitual and equipped with everything needed to prepare your meals and also gives access to a small balcony. There are also two bedrooms: one double with TV and walk-in closet and a large and bright room with two single beds. Finally, there are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. CANCELLATION POLICY
- The tenant has the right to terminate the contract early with 3 months' notice to be communicated in writing.

NECESSARY DOCUMENTATION

- The lease is of a transitory nature and the property is granted for a period of 1 month to a maximum of 18 months for temporary needs. The documentation necessary for the drafting and signing of the contract is as follows:
o Transitory reason: Employment contract, University acceptance letter or similar
o Tax code
o Identity card / passport

DEPOSIT

The security deposit must be paid within 48 hours of arrival to the current account indicated in the confirmation email.
