The apartment in Via Assietta 9 is located on the second floor of a residential building. It is a four-room flat of about 80 square meters, shared by university students, interns, or young professionals, and consists of a spacious living area with kitchen, 2 single bedrooms, 1 double bedroom, and 1 bathroom. The apartment has been recently renovated and fully furnished.
Via Assietta 9 is in the Bovisa district, in the northern part of Milan, a lively and student-friendly area that is rapidly growing. The location is particularly convenient for students thanks to its proximity to the Politecnico di Milano – Bovisa campuses (Durando and La Masa), which can be easily reached on foot or in just a few minutes by bus.
Connections with the rest of the city are excellent, with suburban and regional railway lines (Bovisa and Villapizzone stations) and several bus routes providing quick access to the city center and metro lines. In about 20–25 minutes, you can reach the Politecnico di Milano – Leonardo Campus, the University of Milan (Statale), Università Cattolica, and IULM, making this a strategic location for students from different faculties.
The neighborhood offers everything needed for daily life: supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, cafés, and restaurants are all nearby, along with cultural spaces and popular student hangouts typical of this university area.
