Please note that the security deposit and admin fee have to be paid shortly after your booking got accepted and before the move-in. Move-ins are done ONLY during weekdays! Also, you always have to cancel the contract with the accommodation provider the last 3 months prior to moving out. Contract can always be terminated on the 16th or end of the month, except December where move out is only possible at the end of the month.The pictures are representative only.
The maximum age for each offers are the following:
Private Rooms: Max Age 39 Yo
private ensuite rooms: max age 45 yo
entire property: no age limit.
