Up to 4 cumulative guarantors are allowed.
Payment summary
The owner requires :
1 - One month of additional administration costs : 650 euros.
2 - Security deposit : 1300 euros.
At the end of the contract, security deposit amount will be returned to you if the house complies with the previously agreed conditions.
The reservation will be considered null if the required verification processes with the owner are not passed.
