I am renting a small studio apartment with a private bathroom and kitchenette. It is located near the Corvetto metro station, on the third floor without an elevator, in a quiet and peaceful building. There is a shared entrance before accessing the apartment. The studio apartment is furnished and equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine and air conditioning. Heating is shared. The monthly rent is 800. Electricity, gas, and internet are not included and are charged on a bimonthly basis. The apartment is rented to a single person, male or female, who is quiet and peaceful, in Milan for study purposes. Upon delivery of the keys, the first month's rent, one month's rent as a security deposit returned at the end of the stay, and one month's rent for administrative expenses are required.
