Have you seen the movie L'Auberge Espagnole? It's a bit like that at our place, except that everyone has their own privacy and their own bathroom. Between French, Chinese, English, Russian, and Spanish, you'll be able to practice all these languages with your neighbors.
My husband and I own a beautiful old house, just a stone's throw from the Saint-Roch train station and the Place de la Comédie. It has 6 studios, a 2-room apartment, and a 4-room apartment under the eaves with a small terrace and a lovely view!
Studio 2, the largest, is on the ground floor and has two large double-glazed windows overlooking the street. It is 20 square meters and fully furnished. It is possible to install a washing machine as the drainage is already in place.
