The bright and friendly 60m² apartment is located in a completely modernized old building from 2025 and has a separate entrance with a hallway on the ground floor. A private staircase leads to the spacious apartment on the 1st floor. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed 1.80m wide. The sofa bed in the living room is very comfortable with a width of 1.40m. Amenities include a stove with oven, washer-dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, iron, flat-screen TV (with WAIPU-TV) including streaming capability (via the guest's own access) for e.g. Netflix, Youtube, etc., and fast Wi-Fi free of charge! There is the possibility to charge and securely park an e-bike in the hallway. Bed linen and towels are included. In the bedroom there is a second TV set with SAT TV.
