The completely renovated, fully furnished and equipped apartment is located in a very well-maintained and quiet apartment building. The bright rooms are beautifully laid out and tastefully furnished.
The apartment also includes a well-maintained, dry basement room, which can be used as storage for bicycles, etc.
There is also a garden and terraces in front of the house. Both are communal property and can therefore also be used by you.
Parking is available on the street in front of the building.
The apartment is close to Mülheim city center (approx. 10-15 minutes walk), where you will find all the shops you need for your daily needs.
Mülheim an der Ruhr main station is also just a 15-minute walk away, providing all the necessary connections.
Gracht subway station, with connections to Essen, is about a 10-minute walk away.
