The bright, fully equipped and welcoming 60 m² apartment is located in an old building completely modernised in 2025 and has a separate entrance with a hallway on the ground floor. A private staircase leads to the spacious flat on the 1st floor. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (1.80 m wide). The sofa bed in the living room is very comfortable with a width of 1.40 m. The amenities include a stove with oven, washer-dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, iron, flat-screen TV (with WAIPU-TV) incl. streaming capability (via the guest's own account) for e.g. Netflix, YouTube, etc. and free fast Wi-Fi! There is the possibility to charge and securely store an e-bike in the hallway. Bed linen and towels are included. There is a second TV set with SAT TV in the bedroom.
