Living room, bedroom, kitchen with dining area, 2 balconies, 2 bathrooms, bedroom (= guest bedroom) in the attic. Open floor plan with split level. Living room with room height over 4 metres, sloping roof in the upstairs bedroom. Gallery contains my stored things and is not usable. Main bedroom downstairs is also private (i.e. not available).
Quiet location, quiet living environment directly at the park, on the 1st and 2nd floor of a semi-detached house. Underground (U2) 8 minutes by foot, main station 10 minutes by underground.
Usual heating and service charges as well as electricity costs & WiFi included; in case of significant additional consumption, subsequent settlement will be made via the deposit. Compulsory cleaning after your stay by my cleaner (70 Euro).
