1 room apartment with balcony in top maintained student residence. The nice 1 room apartment is located in a well-maintained residential complex in the city center in Munich's Ludwigsvorstadt-Isarvorstadt district near the Poccistraße subway stop. (Within 5 minutes walking distance).
Please note: According to the declaration of partition, renting is only possible to a student with a valid certificate of enrollment.
Equipment:
There is a practical and popular storage system in the apartment. The bathroom is tiled and has a shower. The kitchen further includes a kitchenette with a refrigerator and a sink.
Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are located in the communal basement.
The apartment is furnished and well equipped (see pictures).

Houses with art nouveau facades in the immediate vicinity characterize the typical Munich residential area here. Only a few minutes walk from here you can reach the tranquil green area of the Isar. Another advantage is the excellent connection of the location to the Munich public transport system. In about 3-5 minutes walking distance from the apartment you will find the subway station "Poccistraße", from where you can reach any point of the city center by MVV. To the popular Goeteplatz it is 1 stop, to Marienplatz just 3 stops. Furthermore, the bus connection is available in 1 minute on foot (in front of the front door).
