We have 3 rooms newly constructed ready for 1st of october. So we are welcoming a new small group of 3 roommates (young professionals) preferably mid to longer term in our newly constructed rooftop duplex co-housing.
The duplex is newly built on top of a mansion house just this year with ecological materials and consists of 3 rooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living room and a terrace with view over brussels. It is also equipped with a new ventilation system (type D with heat recuperation) and solar panels.
Ideally u are a young professional (between 23-30y old) starting a new experience in brussels and wanting to share thoughts and experiences with roommates in a top location in Etterbeek.
The rent per month with all costs included is 950 euro (775 + 175 for energy costs, wifi, cleaning common areas every 15 days) . There are 2 modern bathrooms, new kitchen and stylish living area. The flat is fully equipped: washing machine, dryer, internet, kitchen, dishwasher, tv corner....
Address is Jachtlaan 198, so next to Merode, Schumann, Place Jourdan.
