Each room comes fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk, and chair – just bring your suitcase and settle in!
The shared spaces include a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, cookware, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer, and one or two spacious bathrooms. Utilities (gas, water, electricity, heating) included. No extra charges except GEZ (media tax)
Common Areas
Residents have access to a clean and modern bathroom as well as a separate toilet. The fully equipped kitchen includes essential appliances such as a stove, oven, refrigerator, and microwave, making meal preparation straightforward.
