Obersendling is a popular residential district in the south of Munich, offering a successful mix of living and commercial spaces. Hofmannstraße 31a is located in a quiet, well-connected residential area with good infrastructure. The district stands out for its proximity to the Isar river, GREEN OPEN SPACES, and leisure opportunities. Despite its industrial past, Obersendling has developed into an attractive place to live, preserving diversity, authenticity, and honesty. The location offers a practical balance between urban infrastructure and green recreational areas.
