The tastefully furnished shared room is located in a recently renovated 3-room apartment on the first floor. The high-quality furniture is in excellent condition, providing a comfortable living atmosphere. Spanning 78 m2, the apartment features a stylish design with ceiling spots and real wood parquet, creating a bright and inviting space.
The kitchen is well-equipped, featuring a large refrigerator, a dishwasher, an oven with a ceramic cooktop, and a washing machine. Additionally, there is a laundry room in (hidden)ment with coin-operated washers and dryers.
Our rental prices include all utility costs (electricity, hot water, and high-speed Wi-Fi). The minimum rental period is 6 months.
