The bright flat comprises 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 guest WC, a kitchen, a balcony and the possibility to rent a parking space. Each room is newly furnished and includes a bed, desk, mirror and shelves. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher and the first basic equipment. There is also a washing machine in the flat, as well as some cleaning utensils.
The flat is in a central and quiet location in Pasing. You can reach the centre of Pasing with all shopping facilities, such as the Pasing Arcaden, in approx. 12 minutes by foot. The Pasing railway station (S-Bahn, train, tram) can also be reached in approx. 12 minutes by foot. From here you have excellent connections to Munich and all ICE routes. There is a bus stop right next to the building, from where you can also take the bus to Pasing station. The Pasing city park is also about a 10-minute walk away and offers a high recreational value.
As landlords, we always make sure that the residents fit together to ensure a pleasant and peaceful coexistence. Our rooms are ideal for people who work from the home office thanks to high-speed WLAN.
Our rental prices are warm incl. all utilities (electricity, GEZ fees, high-speed WiFi). The minimum rental period is 6 months.
