This is a wonderful renovated apartment on the 8th floor of a modern building (elevator available) and offers a stunning view over Munich and the Bavarian Alps. The apartment consists of 5 single rooms and 1 double room, a large combined dining-living room, a separate kitchen, two bathrooms and in total three toilets. There is also one balcony to enjoy the view.
A deposit of 1,150€ is required for all our German units. Please note that the membership fee is already included in this deposit amount.
Around the apartment
The apartment is located in a residential area in Obergiesing. There are a lot of green spots around like the Perlacher Forst, which is a huge city forest and great for running and walking tours. Obergiesing is an upcoming neighbourhood in Munich, where nice restaurants and cafés exist, but have to be a bit looked for. If you like more urban vibes, you can take the tram just outside the building and the trendy Giesing and the hip Glockenbachviertel are just a couple of stops away.

The main purpose of our community is to make it possible for people—regardless of background—to feel comfortable and at home with their housemates, and have the opportunity to build long-lasting, authentic relationships.
To allow members the opportunity to get to know their housemates and expand their networks, we sponsor activities. One way this is done is by way of a sponsored welcome dinner: each time a new member moves in, Our team sponsor a dinner for all housemates to get to know one another. We then hope to see our members come together and join the various other events hosted throughout the year by us or other members!
As a member, you will also get exclusive access to our online community via the member app. In the app, you have the possibility to join or start an interest group and get in contact with other members in your own city and across all other cities in which We are present.
