The newly and high-quality equipped Room 3 (see floorplan) is part of a 80 sqm newly renovated apartment in Munich, Laim.
The comfortably furnished room has the following brand new furniture:
- Bed with adjustable slats and medium-firm foam mattress with mattress protector
- Bedside table
- Large wardrobe
- Desk with drawers and upholstered chair
- Short pile carpet
The generous hallway gives a very inviting impression and provides access to all rooms of the large apartment.
The kitchen offers all imaginable conveniences:
- All kitchen equipment such as plates, glasses, cookware, etc.
- Kettle and toaster
- Dishwasher
- Induction hob, oven and extractor hood
- Refrigerator
The apartment also has two newly furnished bathrooms, each with a washbasin and LED mirror, a towel radiator and a shower as well as a toilet. We also offer you a washing machine for your convenience.
Of course, you also have unlimited access to the super-fast WiFi.
For your own safety and comfort, a lock system has been installed within the apartment, including the mailbox.
The apartment is equipped with everything you need and is perfectly prepared for you to move in and feel at home immediately.
The rent already includes all costs for using your room and all common areas (no hidden costs!).
The S-Bahn stop "Laim" is only 5 minutes away by foot. You are already on the S-Bahn main line, so you have access to almost all S-Bahn-lines. You will reach Munich Central Station in just 7 minutes. Or you can take the U-Bahn line U5 at „Laimer Platz“, which is only 8 minutes away by foot.
