It is just a 3-minute walk from the Dortmund-Ems Canal, and the main train station is less than 10 minutes away by bike. The location is quiet yet central—ideal for anyone seeking a cozy and practical place to stay.
The apartment is very bright and airy, making it especially inviting. It has an open-plan kitchen and living area, which creates a spacious and open layout—perfect for social evenings and relaxed cooking.
