The apartment is optimally equipped with everything from an iron, washing machine, and dryer to a dishwasher, PlayStation 4, or an Airfryer. Both rooms have large TVs that can be controlled via Chromecast with a smartphone (Netflix, YouTube, etc.) (PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch optional).
