Main Terms:
- Flexible unlimited contract with a minimum length of 6 months
- Deposit is equal to 2 months’ rent
- One time reservation fee (deducted from the first month’s rent)
Additional Fees:
- Couples: If you’re renting as a couple, there is a 200€ monthly increase.
- Pets: If you want to bring your pet friend with you, there is a 50€ monthly charge.
