No se admiten mascotas y no se permite fumar dentro del estudio.
Se encuentra a 10 metros de la parada de tranvía y justo en la puerta del edificio hay una parada de bus. A pocos metros de la Catedral y todos los lugares de interés turístico y comercial de la ciudad de Murcia.
