The rental price includes: Wi-Fi, community fees, garbage collection, and municipal tax. It also includes kitchenware, bed linen, and bath linens.
Only electricity and water costs are paid separately (all electricity, no gas). Electricity and water costs are approximately 85€/month (person), although this depends on your consumption and the price of electricity. The building has a concierge.
Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted inside the studio.
