La vivienda es muy amplia y dispone de dos aseos (ambos con ducha), cocina moderna totalmente equipada (frigorífico, horno, microondas, lava-vajillas, lavadora), cuatro dormitorios (todos exteriores), salón de 25 metros cuadrados con amplia terraza y galería junto a la cocina. Calefacción de gas natural en todas las habitaciones. Aire acondicionado.
Se firmará contrato a la llegada. FUMAR Y REALIZAR FIESTAS ESTÁ PROHIBIDO.
Se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad, a 3 minutos a pié de la Universidad de Murcia (Campus de La Merced), y a 5 minutos caminando hasta el tranvía con destino al Campus universitario de Espinardo y Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia (UCAM). Centro histórico y comercial de la ciudad a menos de 10 minutos. Supermercado, farmacia y panadería en la misma calle.
