Deposit: 1 month. Room reserved once deposit is received.
Minimum stay: Sep–Jun: 5 months | Jul/Aug: 1 month.
Administration fee: €350 (one-time)
This covers the work of a lawyer who prepares the official rental contract, ensuring everything is properly documented and professionally managed.
