Deposit: 1 month's rent
* The deposit is refunded at the end of the stay (during January or August) after checking the state of the accommodation and the missing payments
- Cleaning service of common areas its included in the price
- Cost of utilities: not included: it will depend on the consumption and will be divided into equal parts among the tenants. (20/25 per month)

📅 MONTHLY CONTRACT: Payment for whole months, regardless of your move-in and move-out date.

🕛 CHECK-IN TIME:
- Check-in: Monday to Saturday till 20:00
- Late check-in fee (after 20:00h, Sundays or holidays): 30€ - 50€

🔊 RENTAL CONDITIONS:
- Every tenant is responsible for keeping the flat clean. If the flat is too dirty there is an extra charge: 10€/hour/person.
- Rental periods: September to January or February to June.
- The rent must be paid between days 1 and15 of the previous months. Never later.
- The deposit must be paid before moving in and it will be returned if the flat is left in the same condition as received. The deposit can't be part of the last month's rent.
- There is a rental contract that must be signed and respected by the tenant
- Parties are not allowed in the flat.
- Loud noises are not allowed after 22:00
- Smoking is not allowed
- Pets or animals are not allowed
