This is a sunny flat in a peaceful district. The size of the apartment is around 75 m2.

The staircase is the letter C, second floor. There is an elevator in the building.

Description of the apartment:

This bedroom with balcony has a lamp, wardrobe, stereo audio Hi-Fi and a bed (size 120x200 cm).

The place is only around 10 minute walk from the metro station Gianturco and only around 15 minutes walk from the metro Vesuviana station Centro Direzionale. The place is around 10 minutes walk from the business district "centro direzionale" and around 12 minutes walk from famous place "Officina99".

The Lessor can get for the tenants additional beds upon previous request (single beds, double beds, sofa-beds).
The tenants can get the following appliances upon previous request: kettle, water boiler, coffee maker, toaster, chargers and TV.

SERVICE APARTMENTS
The tenants get full maintenance for the apartment (service 7 days per week) during the entire period of lease.
There is a good internet connection in the building with many networks available, the speed of the connection is very fast and with an unlimited transfer of data (fiber internet connection).
There is an optional weekly cleaning service available for the tenants. The cost of the service is not included in the price of the monthly rent.
There is a rental service of bed linens and towels available for the tenants. The cost of the service is not included in the price of the monthly rent.

A NetFlix and/or Disney+ platform are also available for the tenants upon previous request.
