2 The DEPOSIT is mandatory and must be paid at check-in IN CASH 💰.
3 The OTHER required cost is the last month of the stay, which also has to be paid at check-in IN CASH. If these payments are not made at check-in in the above-mentioned manner, keys will not be delivered.
⚠️ ATTENTION! The Deposit is reimbursed at the end of your stay within a WEEK from check out. A sum of 80 euros will be deducted from the deposit for final cleaning and Covid19 (and its variants) sanification. The deposit will be reimbursed ONLY if the apartment is left in good condition, no appliances have been broken and all payments have been made. The integrity of the apartment/room will be checked after your check out.
