Welcome to Starr Place I, a Rove (hidden) Home! Rove offers beautifully designed residences with the quality and care of a 5-star hotel. The Space: Located on the hottest block in Bushwick, our lovely duplex has loft like open space and an oasis in the back yard. Recently renovated including a Chef’s kitchen with a large island for entertaining and a lovely covered patio. Downstairs the bedrooms are large and open, with heated floors and a large bathroom with a “wet room” and rain shower. Washer & Dryer available upon request, same for kids facilities. We are half a block from the L train and in restaurant/art/entertainment central! To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process. ---

Pet policy: Pets require an approval from the owner The Neighborhood: Edgy and increasingly hip, Bushwick is an evolving, industrial area marked by imaginative street art and converted warehouses that are home to artist studios and artisanal coffee shops. Dining options span the globe, and avant-garde nightlife thrives in clubs like performance space House of Yes and quirky bars with vintage, mismatched furnishings. A few pocket parks are shaded by mature trees and have playgrounds. Other Things to Note: Pets are allowed with approval and a one time $350 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home. As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
Security Deposit Policy: - Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold - Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold - Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
Please note that the minimum stay is 30 nights (31 days).
