- Located on cross st of St Nicholas Ave and Starr St. Less than 5 minute walk to best nightlife and coolest restaurant spots of Brooklyn: House of Yes, Avant Gardner, The bushwick Collective, Elsewhere.
- Trains: 3 min walk to L train at jefferson street station, 14 minute to Manhattan!
- Utilities: $165 per month (internet, gas, heat, hot water).
- $30 monthly cleaning fee.
- Preparation fee: $175 (One-time: inspection, cleaning and admin cost)
