- Furnished room in a 5 bed, 1.5 bath (the half bathroom is private and not available for use), duplex (2 floor) apartment with balcony and AC, 18 min to manhattan, prime Bushwick, brand new luxury building with laundry, gym and rooftop, nice view of the manhattan skyline.
- Trains: 5 min walk to M train at Central Ave station, 7 min walk to J & Z trains at Myrtle Ave station, 13 min walk to L train at Morgan Avenue Subway Station. 18 minutes to Manhattan.
- Furniture included: bed, mattress, closet, dresser, curtains/shades, desk, chair, sofa, kitchen table.
- Washer and dryer downstairs in building.
- On the same block as cafe’s, restaurants, gym, bars.
- Utilities: $165 per month (internet, gas, heat, hot water).
- Cleaning service: $30 per month
